PT Nexadream Inovasi Digital ("we", "our", or "us") operates the Cashinly application. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you use our application.

- Account Information: Name, email address, and password when you create an account.
- Financial Data: Transaction records, categories, wallet balances, and other financial information you input.
- Usage Data: Information about how you interact with the application, including pages visited and features used.
- Device Information: Browser type, operating system, and device identifiers.
3. How We Use Your Information
We use the collected information to:
- Provide and maintain the Cashinly service.
- Process your transactions and manage your financial data.
- Send notifications about your recurring transactions and account activity.
- Generate reports and analytics based on your financial data.
- Improve and optimize our application.
- Communicate with you about updates, security alerts, and support.
4. Data Security
We implement industry-standard security measures to protect your personal and financial data. Your data is encrypted in transit and at rest. We use secure authentication through Supabase and follow best practices for data protection. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is 100% secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal or financial data to third parties. We may share anonymized, aggregated data for analytical purposes. Your data may be disclosed if required by law or to protect our legal rights.
6. Data Retention
We retain your data for as long as your account is active. When you delete your account, all associated data including transactions, settings, and personal information will be permanently removed from our systems.

- Access and export your financial data at any time.
- Update or correct your personal information.
- Delete your account and all associated data.
- Opt out of non-essential notifications.
8. Cookies
We use essential cookies to maintain your authentication session and application preferences (such as dark mode and currency settings). We do not use third-party tracking cookies.
9. Subscription & Refund Policy
Premium subscriptions are billed in advance for the cycle you select (monthly or yearly). Refunds are handled as follows:
- You may request a full refund within 7 days of your initial Premium purchase if you have not actively used any Premium-only feature.
- Renewal payments (monthly or yearly) are non-refundable once the new cycle has started. You can cancel future renewals at any time from Settings.
- If a payment is charged due to a verifiable billing error or duplicate charge, we will refund the affected amount in full.
- Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 business days, subject to the policies of our payment processor.
To request a refund, email halo@nexadream.id from the account holder's email address and include your order reference. Canceling a subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current cycle.

10. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
