Refund Policy
How Cashinly handles subscription payments, cancellations, and refunds.

1. Overview
This Refund Policy explains the terms under which PT Nexadream Inovasi Digital ("we", "our", or "us") issues refunds for Cashinly Premium subscriptions. By subscribing to Cashinly Premium, you agree to this Refund Policy together with our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy.
2. Subscription & Billing
Cashinly Premium is offered as a recurring subscription billed through our payment processor, Midtrans. The following applies to all subscriptions:
- Premium plans are billed in advance for the cycle you select (monthly or yearly).
- All prices are displayed in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Your subscription automatically renews at the end of each cycle unless you cancel future renewals from the Settings page.
- Payment is processed by Midtrans. Cashinly does not store your card or bank account details on our servers.
3. Eligibility for Refund
You may be eligible for a refund under the following conditions:
- A full refund is available within 7 days of your initial Premium purchase, provided you have not actively used any Premium-only feature.
- If a payment is charged due to a verifiable billing error, duplicate charge, or technical failure, we will refund the affected amount in full.
- If Premium features are unavailable for an extended period due to a confirmed fault on our side, we may issue a pro-rated refund or credit at our discretion.
4. Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available in the following cases:
- Renewal payments (monthly or yearly) once the new cycle has started, unless otherwise required by applicable law.
- Partial use of a billing cycle — we do not pro-rate refunds for unused days within an active cycle.
- Accounts suspended or terminated for breach of our Terms of Use.
- Change of mind after you have actively used Premium-only features during the 7-day window.
5. How to Request a Refund
To request a refund, follow these steps:
- Send an email to halo@nexadream.id from the email address registered on your Cashinly account.
- Include your order reference or transaction ID (available from Settings → Billing history).
- Briefly describe the reason for your refund request.
We will review your request within 3 business days and respond to you by email with the decision.
6. Processing Time
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method through Midtrans. Depending on your bank or card issuer, the refund may take up to 14 business days to appear on your statement. Cashinly is not responsible for delays caused by your payment provider after Midtrans has processed the refund.
7. Cancellation vs. Refund
Canceling your subscription stops future renewals but does not automatically trigger a refund for the current cycle. You will continue to have access to Premium features until the end of the paid period. To close your account entirely, see the Settings page.
8. Payment Gateway (Midtrans)
All subscription payments are processed securely by Midtrans (PT Midtrans), a licensed payment gateway in Indonesia. By making a payment, you also agree to Midtrans' applicable terms and conditions. We rely on Midtrans to validate transactions, issue refunds, and handle chargebacks.
9. Changes to This Policy
We may update this Refund Policy from time to time. The updated policy will be posted on this page with a new "Last updated" date. Continued use of Cashinly Premium after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.

11. Applicable Law
This Refund Policy is governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or related to this policy shall be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia.
