Cashinly is a personal finance management tool. We do not provide financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. All reports, summaries, and analytics are provided for informational purposes only. You are solely responsible for financial decisions made based on data entered into the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, source code, trademarks, and content provided by us, is owned by PT Nexadream Inovasi Digital and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Your data entered into the Service remains yours; we claim no ownership over your personal financial records.

7. Service Availability

You may close your account at any time from the Settings page; doing so will permanently erase your data as described in our Privacy Policy.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PT Nexadream Inovasi Digital shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues arising out of your use of the Service.

We may update these Terms of Use from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. We will update the "Last updated" date at the top of this page when changes are made.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved in the competent courts of Indonesia.
